Really Rha is the big short term asset here, if by December / January we can get this going , irrespective of zulu or circum this will push the shares up massively . The generation of revenue is the big factor here to de risk everything . But punters have the choice get in now very cheap , some risk , or wait till xmas , less risk but you will be buying in higher .

$800k is likely to be revenue, actual cash generated from operations (ie revenue less cash costs) will probably be between $300-400k/month at full tilt.

Bill,

Looks like RHA sits in around second place only to ORM, grades at RHA are much better than WLFE (grades average 0.15%) and WRES (grades of the producing asset average around 0.09%). Yes full mine capacity is due to be hit at RHA during next Q so hopefully tungsten will continue its $3000/tn gains from July and August as the supply crunch started to hit. The 54M Kg or 5.4M MTU at RHA would be a company making asset to most miners but its dwarfed by the likes of the Circum or Zulu assets.

Regards,
Ed.

At least there's high chance they'll be making that $800k a month now off RHA.
Maybe More.

Even WLFE with its operational and financial issues is enjoying the WO3 party.

Granted RHA WO3 concentrate production is small in comparison to WLFE, ORM and WRES, but FULL production is about 3 months away (or so we're told) and will be generating cash.

I think GR is becoming a liability. Biting more than he can chew. Who needs Circum when we have Zulu and hopefully RHA. Besides things move very slowly in Ethiopia and will require huge investment to bring circum into production. I wonder if there is any lithium in the area ( similar to chile, Argentina and Bolivia).

I would expect it at this level. I also expect to see large trades at the end of the day. The more the shares are traded the better as it gets us closer to dealing with the overhang.

It would be wrong of me to say I am sitting on a stonking profit as I am not. I have a core holding and then I purchase to trade. Done very well out of the trading shares.

I have a low average as I have purchased the bulk of my holding between 0.3 and 0.6. I have also purchased some at 3.5p. Such is life!

As stated I have made two recent purchases of several millions but this represents a small amount of the holding. If I like the story and believe that the future merits investing in then I drip feed money in on a consistent basis and build a decent size holding. I am all too aware of falling in love with a share and I have made this mistake in the past. However, I take great comfort in the knowledge that George owns 8.5% of PREM. What should be good for George should be good for me. I have no time constraints so can sit as long as I need to.

vitec , the short term news of RHA up and running well coupled with long term new of Zulu would be two important milestones. Thsi will clear any over hang and yes George may by more circum but if we are above 1p then , we will cope
