Anyone done the sum to see how much the company will get from its placing if the share price stays here?

Reading through today's RNS and the original RNS detailing the acquisition of TCT IF, I am unclear as to how much PREM have physically paid.

If we are getting a free carry in 50% of the deposit until the exploration programs are carried the questions that need to be answered are:

1. Can we novate our obligations?
2. Once the exploration programs are completed, how much investment is needed to start mining the limestone?
3. What other monies do we need to pay?

This seems on the face of it a sound piece of business. Get rid of the forestry interests and keep the Limestone deposit. Don't have to fork out $2.1 million dollars but get something out of it. Am I missing something? That is how I have read the RNS?

We the shareholders should tell George to sell the whole lot of our share of TCT (including the limestone project) and use the proceeds to increase circum stake. If there is a ready buyer for tct then that's the sensible option rather than issue more cheap shares and constantly drive the share price down.

Comment on today's deal at 4 mins (note this video is recodered prior to today's RNS)
EDIT ADVFN have removed the proactive investor link

Essentially PREM's rights and obligation are transferred (novated) onto the buyer and PREM keep the free carry on the limestone.

Even if the sale is at a nominal price, it seem like a decent deal for PREM. Am I wrong?

Because of the bid offer spread.

If the spread more accurately reflected the actual trades' prices the spread should be about 0.39-0.41p rather than the current 0.35-0.45p.

Dropped 10 % on tiny volume, so no mass selloff. Much higher volume of buying then took it bit back up 5 %. As usual it appears to take much more buying than selling to move the share price Anyone explain why the price only moves in 5% increments???

Something funny with these trades. I can sell a large quantity at .4002 but can buy at .4

Take today's RNS into context. It is good news but has been released against a backdrop of sellers offloading that have received shares in lieu of their Circum stakes.

Because other new posters to PREM may take a position that is in line with Dmitiri's. To counter this and give some balance I have to be aware of what is being said. I am no good Samaritan wrapping myself in the Samaritan flag (unlike Dmitiri) but will defend a position that I have taken when it is being challenged by disinformation, fake news and outright lies that are perpetrated by individuals that have an agenda that only serves them.

He is entitled to his opinion and I am entitled to disagree. No one knows the outcome of the future and no one knows if I am right or Dmitri is right but I know who I am backing!
