Apart from George Roach's 10%, there don't seem to be any other significant shareholders (though there might be a few on this board who would disagree!) Does that make us vulnerable to an opportunistic takeover bid?

PREM is sat on vast amounts of lithium that's good quality and easily mined.Lithium is the buzz word today so the value will win out. They may never mine it themselves, but there are plenty of companies who will be very eager to get their hands on this deposit.MCAP of 25ml makes us a very easy target. Will go for many multiples of this price.

Didn't he accuse me of ramping and being boring! Looking at one's self in the mirror comes to mind.

I am all for looking at other opportunities. The issue is to make "real" money you have to understand what you are investing in. It takes research, listening to others opinions and counter arguments and then taking a longer term view appraising and re-appraising information as it becomes available in the hope that you can make a better informed decision. Someone telling me on a BB to invest in this or that might make me some quick money whilst the hot money is there but as is always the case ,unless there is substance to the story and the potential is starting to be unlocked, you will be left holding the baby.

PREM, I believe has a great future but this can be argued about many companies on AIM. The trick is to find the good ones and stay invested on their journey because ultimately these will provide real wealth.

On this journey you will have many people try and distract you with disinformation, fake news and outright lies. This has and still does occur with my investment in UKOG were every tactic under the sun has and is being used to get those invested to part with their shares. The reason I have stayed invested is because I have continually appraised the information that I am able to access. PREM is exactly the same in that the clues are embedded in the RNS's that are being issued. It is getting to the point where the clues are right in our faces just like the Lithium that is virtually at the surface at Zulu.

There are no sure fire bets in life and in investing but as we sit today I am pretty certain that PREM will do me proud. Unfortunately I am unable to go to the presentation on Thursday but I can imagine George standing there beaming from ear to ear. He knows what is coming over the coming months and hopefully will be able to share some of this with us on Thursday. He may also be in a position to answer exactly what the strategy is but it is becoming clearer and clearer to me that Zulu will enable the purchasing of the additional Circum shares, which in turn will be sold to develop Zulu and the other assets that we have. When you have cash in the bank you can buy distressed assets far cheaper and then leverage these assets which in turn make you more money.

Anyone new to PREM should take great comfort that George Roach owns more than 10% of PREM and as the largest shareholder, I am sure he will have all other shareholders interests in his sights. I do not agree with everything that has been done but I am willing to take a longer term view rather than the T+ traders wanting everything to pan out very quickly. That is the difference between investing and gambling.

I believe we are on the cusp of something truly transformational both for PREM and its shareholders.

He must be well on his way Jungmana, jumping on bandwagons left right and centre, sure fire way to lose it all.

£11 potential vs 28p share price, you have to laugh, a 40 bagger then, we are on board the wrong ship lol.

Heads up Seller cleared at AAOG... $800m spud in 4 weeks!!

AAOG without doubt in play now seller out with that 1m sell printed after hours.

Fincapp valuations:

Mengo hit 750bopd - £70m MCAP - £1
Djeno hit 10k bopd - £750m MCAP - £10

So £11 potential vs 28p share price

Current market cap is only £10m once cash is stripped out.

£10m cap vs $1billion potential...

No brainer at these levels.

60p+ target at least prior to spud in 4 weeks

Interestingly, axes is the only word in English that can be the plural of three different singular noun forms--ax, axe, and axis.

Yes. What happens is gmp sells to a broker at 0.55p. The broker has been selling to punters for 0.57p+ since Wednesday. Took 4 days to shift and they made a killing.Shackles off. Next one as vitec said is the 690m at 0.7p. They too would want some profit so expect 0.75p here sharpish imo.

George is presenting to investors on Thursday.

Excellent news that the last consideration for Circum shares has now gone through the market. When Aspen departed it had a very positive affect on the share price Let's hope we see the same thing happen again. The only drawback is the 690 million odd shares issued at .7p but they did have a 30 day lock in attached to them.
