Anyone going to The Chesterfield in London? next week. Hopefully the assays will be available. Hopefully George will tell us how they plan to pay for future Circum shares as he wants to increase our holding by 200% Hwy are we paying so much for ur borrowing rather than going to the PIs. I know we are acquiring an increased stake in another asset but how much more dilution will there be? Surely he doesnt want that in light of his substantial shareholding!! Any other questions? Wish I could be there!!!

As pointed out we are vulnerable now to a hostile bid that is now becoming more a reality than a pie in the sky thought.

If it wasn't Lithium we would be ok but Lithium assets are changing hands, suitors for Zulu for the JV (which I'm sure it will be) will be very nervy and one may make a move out of turn to try and conclude a deal with George, which could lead to a big jump in share price

Alternatively a predator could be accumulating stock as we speak as there is great liquidity.

Dave224 It does beg the question "Will Circum somehow feature in Zulu?"

I'm more than happy to spending 1p to be given 20p change. I'd like to do that every day all day.

Exactly you pinned it.

Prem buying bargain.

No one knows, cash is KING though.

O&G companies have billions in the ground too, but they are not valued in the billions.

Mike do they all just happen to be in desperate need of funds there must be more to it as actually its more like 20 times not 10, if circum was sold for 2billion a 0.5% stake would be worth 10million and they sold to Prem for 0.5million?

Dave, Aspen were in desperate need of funds, I would suspect anyone else selling them are in the same boat... happy days for us!

Can anyone explain why a company would sell 0.5% of circum minerals to Prem for 500K when it is likely to be worth 10 times this in the near future?

Assays due any day to give us more of a push north, .5p to purchase is history IMO... anything below .75p will look a bargain within a few months.
