I think you are correct. There is no chance PREM will meet the deadline, hence a lot of us in the Telegram group have sold 50% of our holdings. There will be a big opportunity in few weeks time to average down considerably.

I expect a buying opportunity in the 20s over the next couple of weeks looking at the chart.

Just got off the phone with George. He asked if I know anyone who can sell him 900 tonnes of sc6 grade spod for a delivery to zulu by November 24th.

If Stark are happy to be paid in shares, that must be an indication of their confidence in getting the plant running as required.

Hi All, please find below a link to a video that looks at the 3rd November RNS released by Premier African Minerals (#PREM) announcing a share raise of $2.5m to pay its Zulu plant contractor, Stark Resources, as well as the growing risk of missing the 25th November deadline for the first shipment to Canmax. Please share if you like. Thanks... https://youtu.be/pFm5TeZ5-tE #PREM #premierafricanminerals #kod #georgeroach #aim #pennystock #lithium #spodumene

If Stark are being paid in shares @ 0.44, they're currently under water. Good incentive for them to get the plant running to reach required targets.
