21/10/2021 09:21 | In 5 decades George has never entered a room full of adults and not lowered the collective IQ. All the village idiots were there last evening and not one of them landed a worthwhile blow on the wily grifter. GR thinks that he has an alternative way of raising funds to complete the DFS. This cunning plan will fail ( all his plans fail) and a placing will go ahead. The share price will be determined by the first institution to take a significant stake. With GR staying and the business environment in Zimbabwe not improving, Zulu will not appear attractive to the majority of regulated firms. | black49

21/10/2021 07:05 | From lse board... RE: Notes from presentationWed 23:35 Reading between the lines my opinion is he knows some form of deal is close and no more placings.. He said he knew placings were not the way to go forwards and as a shareholder himself who has been significantly diluted in the past he understands shareholders concerns. Fantastic to meet George and fellow investors. ReplyRecommend | likya123
21/10/2021 07:04 | From lse board... Notes from presentationWed 23:33 Good evening. George concentrating on next drill assays. Called Chris (geo) in middle of meeting and says within 2 weeks, likely sooner. Reading between the lines I think they've had lots of interest but nothing official as they'd have to release to market if so. I asked George about giving away 10/20% of Zulu to fully fund DFS and he says it is a continous thought process. COO shortlisted and mentioned about December to come on board. Asked if he came to London just to see us and he said other business too (not placing). George emphasised importance of independent valuation of Zulu (happening now) and my impression is that it sounded very close to being concluded. My personal thoughts are next drill assays and official offers not far off for slice of Zulu hence importance and urgency of independent valuation of Zulu. Discussed alot about libs system and George very confident with this but understands important of independent valuation. Very positive chat on RHA too but will leave that to the experts to report. Interesting chat on transportation/railw I'm not technical in this industry so just my brief notes from this evening. | likya123
20/10/2021 12:11 | The result of George's dog and pony show in London and his presentation to the chinese? a drop 1.5%. shows how little interest there is in prem. George doesn't care. with the rains starting, george can kick up his feet for the next 6 months. | valhalla2017
20/10/2021 09:43 | Black49,why would Geodrill discuss PREMs financial situation with just anyone... They would only discuss such matters with members of the board of PREM. | wolframite

20/10/2021 08:36 | Doc, your history of posting would make you ineligible to criticize Val. He has been substantially more accurate on his forecasts than yours. There will be a fundraising. This DFS will cost up to $20m. The contractors' telephone numbers are available online. Call them and ask them about payments from Prem. | black49
