If there's a sweepstake for the Placing price, I'm hoping I pull 0.15p.

Good steady share price ...holding well. EPO has given Prem a new base of 0.18 to 0.21. Some kind of finance will have to be raised to pay for a complete drilling programme....pretty normal. GL guys.

I'm not sure you really are agreeing with me because personally I wouldn't touch this with a bargepole, particularly this close before a likely discounted Placing, but each to their own.

Blue , now you are making sense . I believe there is tremendous demand for funding for prem and I reckon there will be a squeeze on after rns as like you say people think price will fall to placing price , but what if the placing price is not at a discount . But I do agree with what you say .

Sure, your choice.

I'm simply saying if it was me being so determined to buy despite the history, I'd at least wait for the funding and dilution to be known and done with first, together with any accompanying market reaction - which will likely be a drop to meet the Placing price. Why give yourself an unnecessary handicap right from the start?

Blue , we are buying for the future earnings , no hype , just simple the value in a year when mine is being built .It's all going to plan . Just topped up again

"Shares already down 50%" Oh my gosh, just look at the 1 year, 2 year chart, man! They were irresponsibly hyped up a few weeks ago to a totally unsustainable level, just for a few brief days, and you're using that as your yardstick?

But as you say, we'll know soon enough. You say no discount, so 0.22p.

I say 0.18p if you're lucky, more likely 0.16p. We'll see who was closest.

all that mopping up and not one tr-1. and are you sure they are paid in cash? you might want to go back to your source and ask again.

Valhal , the drillers are paid in cash not shares by prem , with their own money .

Blue , I am a significant holder and know what the sizeable holders are doing and not selling , but moping up .It is not me spouting off info but for valhal to give such specific info is simply not true .But we will know soon an enough , I reckon no discount as there is to much interest in Prem and shares already down 50% .

those sells are the upfront payments for the mobilization of the drillers. how else was george going to pay for it? next dilution is the drilling costs and mnh.

If you don't believe me, at least see what the significant players are doing.

if the drilling is to start in May, george has a couple weeks to get the placing off.

Of course George is going to be either evasive or bullish in any private conversations in the lead up to any Placing. To be fair, you'd expect nothing else from a CEO who will see it in his and the Company's best interests to talk up the prospects and keep the price as bouyant as possible in an effort to minimise the discount and dilution. People will hear what they want to hear and filter out the rest.
