Ihavenoclue.

Point was shareholders will only get a substantial % of PREM's allocation of new Zulu shares. Of course any JV will mean we no longer have 100% of Zulz.

1 hopper ,
Clearly they need a joint venture so my guess is new partner will take 50% of a Zulu new co .
Substantial I think means 50% of a £50 m company rather than 100% of. £15 m prem

Doctor, you're dreaming mate.

The market cap is £16m now for all of PREM

==================

Wow molatovkid ... you really are thick !! That is the WHOLE reason Zulu will get it's own listing so the full value of Zulu can be realised !!!

And the only way we were going to end up with 100% of Zulu would be if there was a deal for Circum and we sold shares for cash to fund it. RHA would have also helped but as Doctor said 50% of a far higher value is better than 100% of what we currently have.

Substantial % of Prem’s allocation of new Zulu shares, we have 100% at present?!

============================

We were NEVER going to get to a feasibility study still owning 100% of Zulu. To think otherwise really is rose tinted specs.

Lucky you, you will get an undisclosed amount of zulu in a new vehicle. George will be alright though. Smoke and mirrors.

Lesson to be learnt. Just because you own stock in a world class asset, doesn't mean you'll necessarily see the benefit of that asset.

Any Zulu JV has to be with someone who has credibility! I.e. not one of his dodgy mates, else the share price will continue to not reflect the resource

Hopper exactly as I read it hence my previous post:

50/50 split on JV for Zulu looks plausible. BUT GR has stated that PREM shareholders would receive a 'substantial' portion of the PREM shares in the new venture.

With regards to Zulu valuation, the only concrete figures we have heard from the company are that they turned down a bid for £5m for 50% I believe.

Will never learn here. Take your money and put it in a stock backed by Glencore which has never placed. Is about to announce big news on a world class play they spent $350m on Best in class studies proving it up and has China building a $2.2bn port to export its ore. Zioc. Off the radar Mcap about £40m.

You would have to assume he hasn't had realistic offers for Zulu and so listing is the only way of getting a return.
RHA is being sorted and should provide some cash for Premier if a partner can be found to replace the government share.
So IMHO he is progressing both projects in a reasonable manner.

dodge is still on filter vitec the guy is an idiot.

A good summary by you. It could be said that this is the very best time to be buying into PREM if you look at it from one angle , but as you rightly say GR has lees than zero credibility right now and does anyone really believe anything he utters.

The only thing I can see looking from the outside in is more dilution all round (in one shape manner or form) I'm afraid.

Time will tell where it all ends up, I watch from the sidelines with interest.

RHA is as I said a white elephant but from what the RNS states has the ability to be turned around.

Zulu is a monster but PREM's ability to unlock real value is severely hampered whilst it is part of PREM. Hence the new listing. If you really wanted in to Zulu you would be buying into PREM now on the basis of getting your Zulu shares far cheaper than if you purchased on the open market. The issue is that George has promised many things and those wanting a slice of Zulu I suspect would prefer paying a higher price and the certainty that they have a slice rather than buying into PREM on the basis that a listing will go ahead. This is about credibility.

George has another motive for a listing and that is to fend off unwanted bids for PREM at an opportunistic price. I have said before that long term PI's are very tired and a bid at treble today's share price would be probably welcomed by some and see as fantastic timing by many that have recently purchased. If RHA is able to be turned around, Zulu is worth much more than the whole Mcap of PREM and we have a 5.3% share in Circum would you not consider making a bid. Either way the Mcap should go up, it is to what level.

Doc, it's not 50%. He said a substantial amount of the 'Zulu New Co' would be distributed to PREM share holders.What is 'substantial?' Is it 51% or even less? Why has he not given a definite figure? Currently PREM shareholders own 100% of Zulu, why shouldn't they own 100% of Prem's stake in the 'Zulu New Co?'

Plenty of buying as the clever realise Zulu worth more than market cap by a mile , even if we get diluted 50% with a partner this means w double our money
