20/11/2017 19:07 | Offer on primary bid closed by 7.00..wow!! | bibdaddy
20/11/2017 18:44 | Took some in pb, it's going to be well oversubscribed imho. How the derampers can lambast this news beggars belief, but they have a job to do, or are just bitter ex holders. vitec will be a happy bunny when he sees the rns. | donald tramp
20/11/2017 18:40 | If this is for 13.7m/tonnes and we may be looking at an eventual resource of 140-160 m / tonnes, the NPV numbers on the Lithium Carbonate will be simply staggering; $5-10 billion..... Then we have tiddly Circum in th bottom drawer at c $200 million NPV and a decent Tungsten mine that will churn out 30 years steady state and more than covers Prem at a paltry £22 million market cap. But, Zulu must take centre stage. The key here is to get the balance right in terms of speed, funding and how much we give away but the Chinese have surely got to be all over this to get it developed and producing by 2020-21 into the lithium demand sweet spot cycle. | highly geared
20/11/2017 18:35 | Lol i note from bionics history he is long UKOG from 8p+ and short GGP from 0.5p. Say no more | timw3
20/11/2017 18:32 | Now those meaningless numbers will be repeated and rampers out in force Still a dog share no matter how much sugar you put on it | bionictwat
20/11/2017 18:28 | IRR 85% and NPV $520m!! Erm.... wow. For reference Prospect, also in Zimbabwe just published IRR of 39% and NPV of $139m and are sat at A$80m MCap with offtake agreement signed and plant funded for them on the back of it. | timw3
20/11/2017 18:23 | With the expected PEA, I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest whatever the share price rises to given the latest RNS, It should go double if not more as everyone knows the RHA update is just around the corner. | timw3
20/11/2017 18:20 | P.s...Where is the PEA?? Why only the scoping study when he has apparently had it for weeks..Makes no sense.. | bearhug2
20/11/2017 18:16 | AIM Lithium juniors are sitting at 10-20% of NPV during development studies. 10-20% of post tax $520m could be putting $50-100m on our Mcap very soon. That's not me ramping, that's just in line with other aim lithium companies. After PFS, I showed some were sat at 30-40% NPV. As Gr indicating, 12-18 months to finish up a DFS - we could be looking at a cool $200m being added to the MCap by end of next year. Again, this is just in line with the way the market has valued other AIM Lithium juniors, some of which are in Africa. For fun, $200m would be around 2.5p for Zulu alone. By next year, we'd have Circum (0.8p) and RHA (1.5p) at max capacity too. PREM just became the biggest bagger on AIM. | timw3
20/11/2017 18:16 | Ives, in reply to your post on LSE, You have been in deep, been out totally and slated Prem over a long period, (Not on here I may add) (So have I in the past, not the company just the leader) I still stand by what I said over the years as Zulu figures are not his doing hes simply landed on it but fair play to him he found and bought it..If the PEA is even 10& of the scoping then Zulu is world class and top tier..Will GR deliver or trade off and slink of into the sunset like Zims Leader....with a smile on his face lol...Respect you and your opinion as a trader..an the advice and steers over sum time..ONe to listen too if its the same poster GL | bearhug2
20/11/2017 18:12 | thats a MASSIVE rns.. $1b revenue vs £20m cap. small placing of 125m shares at todays close. that will be traded within an hour tomm. ZULU is an absolute monster no doubt about it This will go bonkers tomm!! | timw3
20/11/2017 17:56 | Oh lord fellas did you look at those numbers! Over $700m NPV for the LCE option and this is only for a small part of Zulu: "The mining inventory in the Scoping Study is reported within a pit design which in turn is based on an economic confining "shell" generated in Deswik Suite of mine design software and based on the optimized geological model. There are no known environmental, permitting, legal, title, taxation, socio-economic, marketing, political or other factors that could materially affect the Resource Estimate used in the cash flow analysis. The tonnage of 13.7 Mt used in the selected optimised pit shell (shell 35) within the Scoping Study lies within the Maiden SAMREC Compliant Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate." The scoping study only covers 13.7Mt of Zulu which is thought to be 120-160Mt when you add in the new zones! Its a freakin monster! So this 13.7Mt can give a 15 year mine life from the first small pit. No wonder GR is commenting that its exceeding expectations. Just imagine what the DFS is gonna be like when they get all these areas fully drilled. Good luck getting some in the primarybid, its likely to be very heavily over-subscribed. Tomorrow is gonna be brisk that's for sure. :) Regards, Ed. | edgein

20/11/2017 17:46 | I like this in PB offer as well: With the RHA Tungsten Mine underground development fully funded as previously announced and following the completion of the Company's robust Scoping Study at Zulu Lithium and Tantalum ("Zulu"), the Company intends that the net proceeds of the Offer will only be applied towards: -- Advance current successful exploration programme at the Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project; -- Flowsheet optimisation through further bulk metallurgical testwork; -- Increase and upgrade the existing Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate; -- Advance discussions with strategic groups with the view to conclude a joint venture or other acceptable strategic alliance intended to advance shareholder interest; -- General working capital associated therewith. | donald tramp
20/11/2017 17:46 | Peeps please note..this isn't the PEA its simple a scoping of the resource etc..The PEA has still too be released.. | bearhug2
