Could well be an early jv for a small part of Zulu putting PREM into a very healthy cash position for fully exploring Zulu before one of the bigger companies makes a move in. It could be them, they've a webinar scheduled for tomorrow for sure, their bb is dead as a door nail though. So nout leaking there if there is any substance behind it. We'll know tomorrow as we wait for the imminent PEA for Zulu. If it is them it'll be good timing to take a small interest in Zulu right before the PEA, their shareholders should be chuffed if it materializes.

Almost 4bn shares exchanged since the PB announcement. Lots of profit takers already it seems over the last few weeks. There's plenty of us holding for the real gains to come too, I'm not churning any until I see a realistic value here.

Bill - auction means buyers enter competitive bids and sellers also enter competitive offers at the same time.Leads mostly to a freeze in trading a few minutes.

Guys focus on the assets, 5% of Circum which has a current NPV of $2.4bn, $120m net to PREM (before they increase this stake further), 50% of $1bn tungsten/tantalum about to turn profitable/lucrative by year end and 2 world class discoveries with additional world class exploration around Zulu. That should give you something more interesting to discuss especially as the cap is just around £25m.

Based on Danakil’s post-tax NPV [net present value], we simplistically calculate that PREM’s interest could be worth c.US$42mln or £34.3mln; based on current shares in issue, this is roughly 1.82p per [Premier] share. There is potential for multiple phases to be constructed, and we are expecting a scoping study on roughly doubling production to 5Mtpa [million tonnes per annum] expected to be completed later in 2016. If just two phases were built, simple multiplication would suggest a value of £68.5mln or 3.63p/share. In any case, we note that just the Phase 1 value alone already exceeds PREM’s current share price,” Premier’s house broker said.
