Effiert. Another top quality post. You are clearly up to your eyeballs here and quite annoyed. Don't take it out on others because of your own mistakes. Actually what he or she has said is very true of most AIM shares. I happen to believe this will come good but I can guarantee that some of the 3 billion shares, if they decide to issue them will be bought at a discount by so called investors and the Board. You and I as a shareholder will be diluted. Its the way it works. Good luck.

The board will dilute and take part of that dilution. They will not give a toss for shareholders. Simple as that

When you ask for authority to allot more shares then that usually means I will use that authority. Why ask for something if you do not intend to use it. Enough of issuing shares and promises. Concentration should be given to turning the assets the company has into making profits instead of diluting the hell out of existing PI's. I have held PREM for a long time and have seen the number of shares in issue balloon whilst the share price has gone south. It is about time that the ordinary investor saw some return on their investment. I know I will have you all cry we are so close to this happening and that happening. I want to see the "positive" RNS's turn into something tangible. I have been hearing about the liquidity event regarding the
Circum shares since late 2015 and that they are worth at least $4 million dollars. Who knows what they are worth until this liquidity event takes place. Remember the board of directors were telling us they thought this would happen in 2016 and we are now in 2017. The only certainty here is that they will continue to issue more shares!!

SidJameslaugh, what would you suggest they do then if things don't go 100% to plan with production and they need a little capital to get it over the line? Loanshark? It gives them room to move should they need to. It isn't saying they are doing a placing, it is increasing the number of shares allowed to be issued should they need to raise funds. All being well however we will be churning out profit on a monthly basis within 4 weeks. I'm happy to wait. GLA

Or they are skint and need to issue cheap shares to themselves and mates to flog to PI at a higher price. Isn't that what AIM does

Very cunning of George !!!
He is proving to any potential Buyout offer for ZULU , that he won't take anything less than multiples of the current market cap.
Having the option to go alone with further funds available in the future only cements to outsiders that ZULU will be worth increasingly more !!!
So whilst talks behind the scene and what ever the negotiations were said during the world trade conference, this his way of a stating a public announcement that PREM can go it alone. This will make any offer for ZULU much more desirable.
With DL promoting ZULU they both have their interests set to maximise to the full. Will warrants be excised at 0.8p,
course they will, it make total business sense.

Authorisation from 4 billion to 7 billion, it's only another 3 billion, will take a few weeks to churn if news flow is good.

It's an AGM not an EGM. Not guaranteed to increase the number of shares allowed, certainly possible though as they may need a safety net if things don't go 100% to plan. All looking good so far however on the RHA production front. GLA

To be honest I didn't think production was starting till q2 so can't understand why this isn't above .7other than 24 million shares might be available?
