Guess so EG.

It's just that it's so volatile, it looks like it's being messed around with.

Not really BA it's a long term for some so short term fluctuations are less important.

Bill, in and sitting on a profit. Can't ask for more than that. Zulu looks amazing, just hope the assays continue the current trend. So hopefully in a relatively short period of time we should all be very happy.

George Roach, Premier's CEO, commented:"The expected sign-off of Circum's mining license and possible liquidity event in the near future, the impending return to production at RHA, ongoing results from Zulu Lithium and the end of all convertible loan notes all support the recent improvements in Premier's market capitalisation. To put the Danakil project in context, the much smaller Yara project to the south of Circum was funded on a valuation of US$200 million last year (i.e. equivalent to Circum at $2 per Circum share). And, I believe that Circum should warrant a significantly higher valuation on its much bigger project particularly as and when the mining license is granted."Looking forward to "...the near future".

Agree HG, I'm quite enjoying the gradual increase in share price as it keeps the heart beat stable lol. I would imagine we will have a 100%+ day in the not too distant future however as news is due on a few fronts and then the herd arrive. Be lovely to get that once the share price has already made its way to 1p! Zulu is huge, there is no question. The resource will be worth in excess of $1B IMO. JV or outright purchase??

This is one to stay in and review in 6 months when the share price could well be north of 2.5p. Everyone will have their targets but there,s enough there to justify a fair valuation 3 x current share price.
If Prem gets to £100 million cap then funds may look to invest further supporting a sustainable longer term share price.
All to play for, for the patient.

Good post on LSE:ChrisD1975 12,435 postsQuick RecapDarwin Last tranche cancelled (didn't need a further £1 million funding), great news. RHA fully funded going into production. $180,000 forecasted monthly profits increasing to $500,000 in a few months. RHA owe us $20 million. TCT projected annual profit of £1.2 million and is now self supporting. 2% stake in Circum which is valued to be anything from $10-40 million. Cabinet to sign off imminently. Zulu potentially one of the biggest Lithium mines in the world and could be valued in the billions of dollars. Awaiting further drill results, which again is imminent, together with the Maiden Lithium Resource Report. Recently had 20 plus meetings. JV or sale could come quite quickly when Report comes out.

Re. Lithium Keep in mind that there are a lot of companies trying to get in on the lithium gravy train at the moment. I.e. it's a good time to sell an asset. Lithium prices are forcast to drop in the future. So my preference would be to sell zulu asap once they have firmed it up with a resource statement. Just my opinion GLA

kcowe, firstly, could you explain why the numbers are wrong.

secondly, I dont trust numbers...what I do know is that revenue and income is all that has mattered, irrespective of assets for the last 5-7 years. So is there any idea of revenue streams and timescales

thirdly, more value is being placed on assets...are any of prems assets liable to better funded

fourthly, we seem to be entering a period of acquisitions- are any of prems assets liable to takeover/joint venture

I am not sure if the above are rhetorical questions, but they are things I think about...any ideas

That's the shareholder's short term/long term dilemma. I'd settle for a compromise - a bit of both by way of a JV....
