The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

The supplementary prospectus dated 1 July 2011 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplementing the prospectus dated 3 June 2011 (the "Original Prospectus") in relation to the issue of new MMP ordinary shares pursuant to MMP's offer for Praesepe plc and the issue of new MMP ordinary shares and new warrants to subscribe for MMP ordinary shares pursuant to the placing and the further subscription.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Original Prospectus.
