I did speak to the company late on friday. That was after I posted that I did not no know the reaosn fo the drop. He mentioned Cashino but also mentioned that they did not have the money to draw the punters into the online side of thngs.

If you dont believe me call the company and ask...

They also said that they have other aquisitions lined up. The money they received from the placing has now been used up. The likelyhood of them making another placing is high.

From the last palcing they have 65 000000 million shares out there at 10p.

Just trying to share what I got from the company. I dont hold a position either way and am just researching at the moment.

Of course the co was never 150p - The epic 'PRA' was formerly Property Acquisition and Management Securities Limited which was wound up 29 June 2005.
Praesepe plc (formerly Aldgate Capital plc) was renamed and adopted the ticker "PRA" from 24 July 2008, where you can see the share price started.

They already have an online site www.cashinogaming.com

If you spoke to the co you would have learned that.

Please do a little basic research other wise people will simply ignore whatever you say !!!!

thsi compnany was nevr 150pence they uised to trade undewr allgate and the most they got to was 30 pence I think. This confirmed in my conversation with the company on friday. Their main business is slot machines. They are not going down the online route as they dont have any money to throw at advertising.

From what I could gather and from their balance sheet they dont have any more money on the books for more aquisitions so it is more then likely that they will go to the market beifore the next purchase.

Always post after I've posted about the stock, always holding before I bought - like ACR - reckoned you'd been holding for months through the ups and downs but never posted on the thread until the day I posted I'd bought.

Hate my 'pump and dump' thread but you read it lol, why would that be if you hate me and the thread so much? - I see you have a thread on here but I wouldn't want to read that and don't.

UK.

I saw your thread and made it a favourite, i saw the news then checked
L2 and saw it was 1 v 4 at 8.25-9p with next bid 7p, however the online
limits confirmed the mm's were showing a false hand on L2 and were buyers
of the stock when it was almost offer price to sell, managed to get 125k
on 3 different accounts but last lot i had to pay much higher, got rest
for 9p.

exbiz - interesting post. the new stricter guidelines are the very reason why PRA are able to target other operators for acquisition at favorable deals - many are finding it tough to qualify. there is a reference to this in the half yearly.
