22/9/2015 08:30 | Disappointed to see downgraded forecasts by the house broker Sanlam. Adjusted their PBT to a healthy loss from a profit for next year. Hopefully directors will pile in with their own cash to prop up the price. | pelliot
22/9/2015 08:22 | Well initial market reaction is not exactly positive given that the share price has been bumping along at 7.5p for over a year. The business is undoubtedly in better shape than 1 year ago and it has now reached the critical point of being cash flow positive. I guess the only comforting thing is knowing that management spent several hundred thousand pounds of their own money collectively in June on stock so either they are clueless or believe in the longer term story here. | salpara111
22/9/2015 08:10 | Turnover and gross profit performance are very pleasing. Need to look at the rest in more detail - even stripping out the exceptionals, EBITDA margin is only 8% | adamb1978
22/9/2015 07:50 | Yes a mixed bagWill be looking closerHowever delighted by revenue figures. | jefftwo
22/9/2015 07:25 | depreciation and amortisation put them in the red | elcapital
22/9/2015 07:22 | Results are out. Lot of number crunching required. Revenue is close to 17-18M. Net cash flow is close to 700k. How they made a loss I don't know!! Rationalisation of poor performing offices too. See how the market reacts. You would expect revenue to be higher if the figures include PPS, publicasity and Redleaf. Positive news from Asia. So mixed kettle of fish. | guildedge
21/9/2015 21:46 | DbA closely guarded secret which is unusual or a surprise in waitingI hope the latter | jefftwo
21/9/2015 18:22 | Not a single share was bought or sold on AIM after 3pm - what does that tell you? | dbnout76
21/9/2015 09:16 | Hope you are right SalparraThere is nothing to suggest the results will be anything other than goodAlways keen to see how Australian bit performs as that seems to be the key to this stockShould get a preview from around 3.00pm today when the buys (or sells) will start to show | jefftwo
21/9/2015 09:03 | Well, tomorrow should be an interesting day. The last positive update in May saw the share price spike at the open only to fall back very quickly as a wave of heavy selling hit the stock. If we see a sustained rise tomorrow with the absence of heavy selling then we might finally be free of the massive share overhang here which would allow for a sustained rise going forward. Clearly that is dependent on the results being well received. | salpara111
17/9/2015 09:04 | The results will be clean as, like you say, there have been no acquisitions, but i guess the comparisons with prior half years will be trickier and harder to understand. I think they are going to show strong revenue growth across all areas and good cash generation to get rid of working capital issues. if they can do that the shares are bound to take off. Let's face it, at the moment the total value of the company is less than the total they've spent on aquisitions, which can only mean ridiculously undervalued or criminal negligence by management. I'm sure these results will prove it to be the earlier one. hopefully they'll do a share register update afterwards as well and we can put this nonsense of who the big sellers are to bed roll on next tuesday | mikemo2
14/9/2015 14:08 | What do investors actually want to see at these results? What will determine whether they are a success or not? The statement needs to be full as investors will be comparing this to last year and the prelims. Many companies are being judged on what the choose to omit from their statements these days. As there have been no acquisitions in the last six months there should be no exceptionals or "start-up losses, acquisition and restructuring costs, exceptional legal and professional costs, share based payments, gain on acquisition and non-recurring, double property costs." What is the barest minimum people expect? Any less than this will see the price plummet. | pelliot
14/9/2015 08:43 | Yes I agree it was only the uncertainty/large seller that has given this stock a false share price position (IMHO)I can foresee it hitting 10p by announcement and who knows where thereafter dyor | jefftwo
11/9/2015 12:27 | well interesting to see some buyers appear and price tick up when there is visibility on the next RNS...hopefully may see some share price progress in the run up ...DYOR etc | qs99
11/9/2015 09:43 | been watching this for a while out of interest. Very skeptical but have to admit that the notice of an analyst meeting is a really positive sign. from research i can't see that they have ever done this before. I can't help but think they are going to come up with something pretty special, despite past performances | mikemo2
11/9/2015 09:18 | It is pretty clear that the share price is going to go nowhere until they can get some institutional interest so pitching to analysts is vital as it is clear that currently there is no real interest in the stock from small cap fund managers. I speak as a large holder who is under water......but then again who isn't! | salpara111
11/9/2015 08:53 | I would not see the rns as a measure of if the results are good or bad. They want to be able to speak to analysts about the future. Equally I am not saying the numbers will be bad. Just dont think you can read anything into it either way...especially from a PR company | elcapital
11/9/2015 08:47 | Everyone happy now?? Date of the results a few days later this year. Also this year the RNS announces a presentation to analysts. I doubt they would do this if posting bad results. Results delayed by 5-6 days compared to last year. Maybe they will announce some news too? Hmmm. | guildedge
11/9/2015 08:11 | I am bullish, clearly it is down to the seller to be holding stock back. Would back Bob Morton when he buys in in size, alongside the other directors buying in. Results are key | elcapital
11/9/2015 07:49 | Very bullish and confident statement announcing date of results.Inviting analysts to attend???? And publically announcing it | jefftwo
10/9/2015 21:43 | so el capital, what is your take on this? | janeann
10/9/2015 21:04 | Yeah this buyer/seller process has been going on for weeks now. Seems he may not be willing to sell below 7p. Assuming the same seller he must be nearing the end. They can't have more than 6M shares. Currently sold nearly 4M. Hopefully the results will bring some market cheer. Unless TTMV costs crop up again. Can't think why they would. | guildedge |
