                              Share Options Grant





PolyFuel, Inc. ("the Company", AIM: PYF), announces the grant, effective 13
December 2007, of share options to Directors and Executive Staff ("Options").
The exercise price for each Option will be USD 0.55 per Common share with a par
value of USD 0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") and the
Options will be exercisable from time-to-time throughout the period 13 December
2007 through to 12 December 2017.



Details of the Options granted and subsequent interests held are as follows:
