If there is no interest why are you here? It must be difficult remembering who you are today. Pathetic.

No trades so far for the second day running. But it is always good to end the week on a positive so Our largest investment Hibiscus has risen 10% two days running.

Tang has an ideal opportunity to hold the adjourned AGM. Some "activist" proxies could be mislaid.

888, I suggested it was pointless ("what's the point...?). I think your reply proposing it's 'tit-for-tat' confirms that. And I might say that you know full well that a closing price which is just the 'mid' on a thinly traded stock like POL offers little in the way of price disclosure! If you think the other poster a 'moron', why bother? BTW, not sure the 'tit-for-tat' argument works though as it seems to be a bit of a habit. ;-)

No point watching the Polo share price. Or GCM or Hibiscus. Just waiting for Tang to show his hand i.e some news.

888 has everyone against him as he is ramping this share every day with his non sense. Really funny. 1,71p -14.93%

I know exactly what I am doing and how the spread works. I suggest you have a moan about the resident moron who always likes to deramp by posting the last traded price if it happens to be below the closing price. So I only post it to correct the moron. But you know full well that the price to use at the end of the day is the closing price. I have made the point in the past that when Polo sometimes has a spread of over 50% it is difficult to know what the proper price is. It is the moron who is simply misleading on a daily basis. So quoting the official figures for the closing price and the percentage gain or loss for the day is now ramping and nonsense? I will leave the other posters to form their own view of your nonsense.

Illiquid - low volume and large spread. A MM dream, retail punters be careful.

888: Much more relevant is the share price destruction by Tang. I can't get excited by a 'rise' to 2p [even though trades are at 1.7p] when my shares are down by over 90%. Do tell us, 888, how much are your Polo shares up or down?

"Polo has closed UP 11% at 2.01p." Sorry, but what is the point of posting this nonsense? It just makes it look like incessant ramping. (You do similar on other boards too.) Anyone who wants to know can look at the chart, trades and bid/ask for themselves. Besides, you are just illustrating the printed 'mid' compared to Friday, which embodies the printed 'ask' variation whereas the 'bid' (a more useful measure) has hardly changed and appears to have fallen a little during the day. Taken at face value it's simply misleading.

Agree russman tang is a gambler only. He already cashed his invested money through massive salary and share attribution. Won’t be long before the collapse

If you "ejected" Tang, the Polo share price discount to NAV might fall. Might actually find out what is happening in these opaque "subsidiaries" as well.

GCM is a high risk gamble, not appropriate strategy for an investment company. Polo could only use paper to take over GCM; a lot of paper. Tang would only contemplate this if he "controls" Dyani. So Tang could easily takeover GCM on votes but he has nothing to gain; more to lose.
