Someone was very keen to offload a load of shares late on this afternoon, quite a severe drop. Importantly the shareprice offer price has actually collapsed by 20%. I get the feeling the Tang era is unravelling, the shareprice discount to NAV indicates a disbelief by the market that the stated NAV is "achievable". Otherwise those with money to invest would be piling in, but they're not.But Tang continues to draw his ridiculous remuneration oackage....Tang - you remain an inept buffoon....

Shawzie: Maybe Tang is hoping that TMS will disappear after paying the damages awarded to Celamin; if they ever do pay! And still no indication that TMS will do as instructed by the court.
As I have asked before: Who did the due diligence investigation before getting into bed with TMS? Or did Tang just invest on a whim?
Since the share price is down 10% today, it seems a number of shareholders have decided to get out at any price.

It would be nice to hear from Tang that he is concerned abour minority shareholders and not just his 1-million salary.

Tax may be an issue for Polo and related parties.
That is why the investments are held in offshore tax havens.
Tang should communicate a plan to narrow the discount to NTAV.
Tang also has the financial incentive.

Russ: Polo should sell its Hibiscus shares and distribute that cash to shareholders.

Polo Holding Co is BVI.
Its investments are held in "subs" dotted around the world.
Mainly in the Channel Islands.
Not sure how easy it is to return cash to BVI to then distribute to shareholders.

Totally true millerman. Unfortunately tang is not stupid and it will be impossible to do something due to the jurisdiction of the company and the fact that everything has been made to lock the shareholding positions. If people hope that few shareholders can jump on board of polo. its simply a dream. The only thing to do is praying that it is not just a pump and dump company....dedicated only to pay big salaries...!!

Tang bought his interest in Polo for Polo’s large stake in GCM. I suspect he is biding his time until GCM comes good which hopefully is imminent. I think Polo’s move to a proper valuation will occur when GCM takes off. If money is needed for GCM then Hibiscus which can easily be sold as its listed could provide a war chest.
Interesting that the shareholder group has sprung up at such an interesting time for Polo and GCM.
