Timbo what’s your current thoughts on this? I know you were hesitant earlier on if I remember correctly?
Always respected your opinions over on SCLP

I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in the placing, I invested on the assumption placing would be at 20p/share, so not complaining about 18p and somewhat surprised that my order was filled without any scale back (and the shares qualify for EIS too)

Great to get the fundraise away in the current market.

Bracco coming onboard is a big positive.

Shame the fundraise was so large at this price, it represents 41% of the existing share.

Additional capital will be required too, but hopefully not equity:

'The Company will require further capital in order to execute its longer-term strategy which includes the commercial launch of its technology in new jurisdictions, including Europe. The Board will therefore continue to explore additional funding options, including strategic partnerships, non-dilutive government funding from grants and further issues of Ordinary Shares, subject to the Directors being satisfied with the issue price of these shares at the time.'

In this market that is quite a deal to get away. Only a few weeks ago director bought 100k worth at 30p - I remain hopeful.

I can't help but wonder if the FDA might be open to fast tracking Polarean device - at this time of Coronavirus/Corvid-19

Any thoughts if that might be possible?

That was a struggle to buy those at 21p. I couldn't buy a single share but for a limit order being executed after 45 mins.

With the 200 dma approaching and the RSI looking a lot less stretched it's time to buy more. Great value for those that are intending to hold long term. This is the most relaxed I have felt with being underwater in any stock I have bought before. It's clearing out the weak holders or forced sellers that puts more stock into tight hands.0.5% of company now held and adding.

I am expecting a strategic partnership or two or three and news on the NDA potentially providing a priority review. It depends on what is considered as near term.

Problem is that the market is expecting any game changing news for some time, so will be in no rush to buy in. Personally, I'm hoping for something out of the blue.

......just hold.....hold....hold... until FDA Licence is granted. Will be a good 5-bagger for sure. Ignore daily price fluctuations as this is not a share to to try and trade IMO.

So around 240k shares traded and roughly £50k worth of shares sold from what I can make out and the share price is down 6.5%. Mm games and a dirt cheap share to continue taking advantage of.
