Net Asset Value*

As at close of business on 29^th January 2025 the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current year deficit and based on bid market values) was 399.85p.

In accordance with the Investment Management Agreement entered between the Company and the Manager, Polar Capital, effective 1^st May 2019; any performance fee shall be accrued daily. As at close of business on 29^th January 2025 the accrued performance fee was 0.00p per share and has been deducted from the net asset value figure above.
