The Company announces the allotment of 30,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("ordinary shares") fully paid under its block listing facility. These shares were issued for cash on 9 July 2020 at a price of 2,149.00p per share, which equates to a premium to the estimated cum income net asset value at the time of the transaction of 1.52%.

The cum income net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 8 July 2020 was 2,103.80p per share.

The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

   --    Ordinary shares remaining in Company's block listing - 10,055,049 
   --    Ordinary shares remaining under shareholder allotment authority - 10,051,500
