Depends sol ..When it comes back from suspension it will probably be off the radar so may take a few hours before market sees any value ....Been suspended for a while so I would imagine Attune will have moved the business on at a pace ...If cha are involved then the demand we have seen for cha will dictate that Plutus will NOT be off the radar.

Not on people's radar yet, especially as the RNS was not before the market opened. The 732,000 purchase is a nice confident start to the buying.

As little as 10 million shares free floating, shareguru, so you are right if the market likes this deal it won't take much buying to get traction. I notice the change of name from AEL to PLR, which suggests to me further corporate action in terms of taking a larger stake in the future.

Interesting PLR investment RNS this morning. Shows at least that the
co is still active.

The number of shares in issue is 143,421,882 and the percentage of securities not in public hands is 61.3%

With only 142.25 million shares in issue and capitalised at only £1.62 million this share could easily rocket on news and buying of the stock.

Two directors hold 33.4% of the shares with Paternoster Resources holding 27.9% of the shares. So that means at least 61.3% of the shares (that is 87,199,250 shares in total) are not free floating.

Given other factors like "orphaned stock", and about 18 million shares being held by former Ipsos shareholders, we could be down to only about 10 millions shares actually floating in the market.

People should see the opportunity for the price rocketing if buyers come into the market in any numbers on the back of news.

Happy days ahead, and news has got to be imminent I feel.

Slightly encouraging to see that a small buy resulted in small share price gain - at least the offer - possibly means short of stock or news anticipated soon.

In this situation, especially watching what is happening to paternoster recently, buying some plr now would make a great deal of sense, imho, ahead of news rather than after.

perhaps the optimism is because of something much better....I am relaxed about plr and await the update to the market when Co is good and ready shortly, meaning days rather than weeks.
