03/12/2014 18:51 | D4v1db - At least study the accounts first. And add up all the transerable loans yet to turn into cheap shares before you decide. The first tranche is £800,000 transferable by the end of this month plus 14% interest backdated from March 13, all transferable at 2p a share, so thats 50m plus shares. The load to transfer by March 15 at 1p/2p is a multiple worse. There are 2 warrrants allowing for 3% of the FULLY DILUTED share capital to be bought at 1p at any time up to 2023, and another for 5% of the FULLY DILUTED share capital at 1.25p at any time up to 2023. There are also £1.85 million of loans, plus interest from 2013, plus a 25% premium, allowing conversion at 2p by March 15. Mellon also has loans giving him 33m shares at 2p by March 15, and another giving him about another 15m at 2p by March 15. IMHO | milestone payment | |
