The Directors of the Company announce an allotment on 16 September 2011 of 
322,750 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each, issued at a price of 99.9p per Ordinary 
Share, 322,750 A Shares of 0.1p each, issued at a price of 0.1p per A Share and 
2,409,117 Management A Shares of 0.1p each, issued at a price of 0.1p per 
Management A Share, pursuant to the Offers for Subscription that opened on 2 
November 2010. 
Shares issued to Directors (and connected persons)/PDMRs as part of this 
allotment include the following: 
Malcolm Moss, Director - 642,430 Management A Shares 
Stephane Mery, PDMR - 5,175 Ordinary Shares, 5,175 A Shares and 204,775 
Management A Shares 
Stuart Veale, PDMR - 301,140 Management A Shares 
Trevor Hope, PDMR - 301,140 Management A Shares 
Karen McCormick, PDMR - 204,775 Management A Shares 
Beringea Limited (of which Malcolm Moss is a director), PDMR - 204,775 
Management A Shares 
 
Application for the Ordinary Shares and A Shares, including Management A Shares, 
to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading 
on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made at the 
earliest practical opportunity with dealings expected to commence on or before 
23 September 2011. 
 
The Offer for Subscription for the tax year 2011/12 closed on 16 September 2011.
