American Stock Exchange Lists Principal Protected Notes Based
Upon the Dow Jones Industrial Average
NEW YORK, Aug. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Global Markets Principal Protected
Notes based upon the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Trading under the ticker
symbol PPN, ten million shares of the new security were issued at $10 each with
a maturity date of December 29, 2009.
At maturity, investors will receive a cash payment equal to the sum of $10 plus
an interest distribution amount based on the monthly returns of the Dow Jones
Industrial Average.
The Notes are issued by Citigroup Global Markets. The Amex specialist unit is
AGS/STR/OTA.
