Application for Admission
Plastics Capital, the niche plastics products group, announces that an application has been made for 50,063 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). This application relates to an historic exercise of share options by certain of the Company's management team and resultant issue of new ordinary shares, as announced on 30 June 2008. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 5 June 2017.
Following Admission the total number of voting rights in the Company will remain unchanged at 38,945,151.
