my view was that debt was priced in and would fall. Debt will be paid down nicely over the next two years. I always invest in management. Nice niche sector, high obstacles to entry for competitors and have consolidated during the recession. I see 12p a year this year and 15p next year. Pe of 5 makes this a 60p target for me.

obviously its one of those paid for jobs so read with that in mind but it looks like company aim to get debt down to below 16 million this year and make 2.5 million.

broker forecasts suggest 10p a share for this year. If interims suggest that we should see 50p come christmas time.

I picked up a few from a distribution in specie out of an Octopus VCT. Might buy some more as they do look to have good growth potential.

average sector PE about 15, this forward pe about 3.5.

they renegotiated the debt middle of this year without problems so it looks ok there. Really its aplay on the recovery. They look like they have capacity without any capex to easily double profits.

I rate this a buy with a target price of 60p by this time next year.

they aimed for 4.5 million before slow down so see thta as a realistic expectation in a year or two.
