TIDMPLNT RNS Number : 4560U Plantic Technologies Limited 15 October 2010 Media Release 15 October 2010 PLANTIC APPOINTMENT OF KLÖCKNER PENTAPLAST AS A DISTRIBUTOR FOR EUROPE Plantic Technologies Ltd, announced today it has expanded its exclusive regional distribution agreement with the Klöckner Pentaplast Group for its line of Plantic biopolymer rigid packaging films to include Europe. Previously focusing on the Americas, the expanded exclusive agreement now encompasses European distribution. Klöckner Pentaplast, a leading global producer of rigid packaging films, will market and sell Plantic rigid packaging films throughout the Americas and Europe under its Pentafood Biofilm(TM) brand name. Designed to increase market penetration and enhance service to the marketplace, this relationship will provide customers with access to the products that will help meet their sustainable packaging goals.
