Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 14 April 2021 Stephen Yapp, Chief Executive Officer, bought 35,000 shares at a price of 48.5 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Yapp's holding in the Company has increased to 242,759 shares which represents 1.87% of the Company's issued share capital.
