20/6/2022 09:28 | If you believe the takeover will happen, PIRI is a great arbitrage trade for Tern at these levels. | jerseymike

20/6/2022 08:42 | Device Authority, recently named global leader in IoT device identity lifecycle management 1 has announced a partnership with integrated device manufacturer STMicroelectronics enabling OEMs and ODMs to incorporate security automation from the very early stages of their processes making zero trust for IoT devices possible. Device Authority’s Keyscaler is the only platform that automates and manages identities throughout their entire lifecycle to provide total device, data and operational trust. Providing secure device registration and provisioning, automated password management, policy-driven crypto, and credential management and PKI certificates to devices without human intervention, the platform works alongside ST Micro MCUs and integrates with any Enterprise Cloud application delivering comprehensive IoT security automation at scale. It also offers a software only option for solutions that cannot utilize a secure element. Commenting on the partnership Rob Dobson, Head of Technology Partnerships at Device Authority said “Zero Trust is a fundamental security requirement for IoT. Without device identities, zero trust is not possible and without the automation of these identities, the opportunities for secure IoT at scale are limited. The fact that this partnership enables OEMs and ODMs to make security part of their design and manufacturing process from day one means that safer and more secure products can be built that can trusted at scale.” “The ST Partner Program is a high-value offering that has exceeded the expectations of our Customers and Partners helping customers’ design teams access strong supplemental skills, tools, and resources that meet design time-to-market challenges across the full ecosystem of products and services while easily integrating ST devices in their projects,” said Alessandro Maloberti, Partner Ecosystem Director, STMicroelectronics. “By selecting, qualifying, and certifying ST Authorized Partners, customers know that the partners they engage have the expertise to accelerate their design and development activities and ensure they ship the most robust and efficient products and services to market.” STMicroelectronics and Device Authority will be at Embedded World on 21-23rd June and will be on hand in Hall 4A Booth 148 to share more information about their partnership. | sweepie2
17/6/2022 16:10 | I wonder if `Ol Nick has been learning from Tom Givardi??? Do a runner before the Feds come a callin. This is a legal Mugging by Tern. Some very hefty Legal bills stacking up here, Plus MAJOR FUNDING REQUIREMENTS, all of no consequence to Tern, who must surely have at least ONE EXIT Signed ready to go. FCA may have the final say. | steveberyl
17/6/2022 14:39 | Several "incestuous" relationships in play here-those mentioned below relating to Piri,Tern,Sure Valley,Rgo,Pluto,Arb It will be interesting to see how it all unfolds & , preferably, it will result in we shareholders benefitting-although I am not holding my breath! | base7
17/6/2022 13:45 | Base7, you have to consider why Nicholas Lee is expediting Terns acquisition of Pires especially now when the company as a sole entity is in such rude financial health unlike Tern and with exits anticipated shortly but maybe Lee does have the master plan of all here yet oblivious to all those others as he has the most to gain here! | one_frankel
17/6/2022 13:22 | As a holder in Piri ,Tern & Rgo I am of the view that there is broader & cunning plan afoot, which has not been shared with we mere investors & Barry Downes ,Brian Kinane, nicholas lee ,Al Sisto (possibly Peter Wall ) & others will be aware of the plan & it will reveal itself once the acquisition of Piri by Tern is completed. | base7
17/6/2022 12:24 | Still fantasising! | one_frankel
17/6/2022 12:12 | Didn't think so but I think its widely apparent now that BoxerMugz is simply just a fra_ud unfortunately! ...Bapodra et al, take little notice of what this blatant fantasist states in future! | one_frankel
17/6/2022 12:07 | I was a minor holder of PIRES, and like everybody can only really guess at what is best in current circumstances. I sold my holding of 90k which i bought purely on, FOMO. I see TERN as significant Beneficiary of this Acquisition and put the money directly into Tern. Reading Tern RNS several times, i would assume any exit BONUS to TERN Holders will EXCLUDE any tern holders buying AFTER THE RNS ANNOUNCING PIRES ACQUISITION. imho. | steveberyl
17/6/2022 12:03 | Come and entertain the offer and I'll show you what a real HNW lives like with complete hospitality at my expense not a blatant fra_ud who tries to pull the wool over peoples eyes with all their nonsense hey BoxerMugz! ...Ohh by the way, I only require one alias as I have nothing to hide unlike some, hehe! | one_frankel
17/6/2022 11:50 | Not only does our resident buffoon have those supposed deep pockets but states that these are only speculative plays yet has an apparent significant holding here, hehe! ...Who are you trying fo_ol you blatant fantasist as some of us are actual HNWs here but would you like to find out how the 'Other' type live instead of living in that rather fantastical world of yours but surely its not at a shanty town in Birmingham is it! | one_frankel
17/6/2022 11:44 | It is all about being patient, not doing anything clever and exiting when the time is right. It will require people like you Boxer with deep pockets to create those spikes upward in the price. Not quite true , the herd does that | boxerdogz
17/6/2022 11:43 | Bapodra_Investments1 0 0 0 Boxer - I mean there is no way of verifying if you are Stephen Jones or not but it means nothing to me if you are or not. I will make my decisions not based on what someone states on ADFVN but based on my own judgement. And so you should BAP | boxerdogz
17/6/2022 11:35 | Back to the tern thread Steve | boxerdogz
17/6/2022 11:31 | The Pluto `issue` alluded too on here, could be why this deal is even considered. The results do not mirror a company in trouble, results do not seem to show any specific reason why anybody would consider SISTO a suitable candidate to take `anything forward`. Pires, on face value, appears in rude health. There has to be, something, unsaid. On that basis, TERN has fallen on the deal of the Century, SVV is also a fabulous consideration. Should i be correct in assuming an EXIT is imminent, this acquisition is incredibly, opportunistic. Buying TERN shares at anything below 50p is a steal. | steveberyl |
