Good afternoon, o&wo. It's massive news for RAME. It completely underpins their 3-year aspirations in Chile and with structured debt, not persistent dilution as might be typical elsewhere on AIM. A massive vote of confidence in RAME and it's business plan by a major lender.

A proper company, going places, make no mistake but, as such, expect the path to riches to build up steadily over 3 years and beyond, based mainly on proving itself by delivering on it's ambitious targets on time. Hot froth is unlikely. It'll be solid and sustainable.

Good afternoon outspan, I trust you are well.

I've just read over RAME's rns released today and I can't quite understand the full import for RAME as an investment.

For instance, providing "up to $69mn in equity finance" for construction of the next 110MW of Chilean power plants, does that mean that Santander are paying RAME this amount to buy out RAME's equity stake, whilst allowing RAME to keep between 10% and 20% net equity?

And yet Tim Adams talks about this arrangement giving RAME a "route to full ownership....at completion". I'm puzzled.

The numbers look big in relation to RAME's market cap. If this is built and operational on time (by end-2015) then surely we have a steadily appreciating equity investment here, held by Piri.

If only the market realised the meaningful energy player Rame will become over the relatively short-term and the scale of added value that will result, it might also realise what it should mean for PIRI's 3.5%. No brainer but maybe needing a little too much patience for AIM.

I know the feeling timely but no way it's on its way out - surely way too much value in cash and assets for that to be anything like the case. IMO, a simple case of persistent selling pressure and the Company not giving enough reason for buyers to come in - yet!

Each time it hits a new low I am tempted to top up but no longer as it seems to be on its way out.

I thought PR said deals would be flowing!
This is now in the land of the living dead. Perhaps he will leave the board and give it half a chance or is it a nice little earner for him and his cronies doing not a lot?!

Nnot surprising really. PR is supposedly out of favour:no big reverse takeover as they are just going for little gains via pre ipo's: and only one deal done so far. So nothing to get very excited about to attract new investors.
