So no news today then. Surely it has to come tomorrow either a confirmation of completion or to say they've failed as as of tomorrow Riverfort can convert again.

Yes, but politically the environment is/ has changing and probably the most mining friendly in years. The fact that it’s brown field will also accelerate. Traditionally it has been a sloth like journey to approval though.

Granted I can't big up Ars as the share price is on it's Ars on steroids, but they've done everything right from a technical standpoint. Regarding risks you know some real G's in the game say the US is the toughest place to permit a mine right.....right? LoL ! How many mines have been permitted in the US recently? Just imho and DYOR!

I guess the top quality feasibility study for Ars was a bit like putting a state of the art propeller on the Titanic ..lol. Fair point but I prefer the risks here.

I'm expecting or hoping this pre feasibility study is a quality bit of work put together by a well respected engineering firm with suitable experience! I hope it's not some kind of in house study they did themselves, for example KEFI on their Saudi project put out a one page PFS obviously lacking in detail with a fanciful almotv80% IRR ROFLMFAO. I'm expecting the likes of Asiamet's 2016 PFS which was a fully downloadable almost 400 page document which would take the average aim pleb a literal lifetime to read as they simply wouldn't read ut all. Innit. All imho not any advice whatsoever and FFS DYOR!

It only needs one signature, the delay is due to lack of funds to buy a pen

They never make things easy do they.Looks like the Riverfort extension is going down to the wire. We realistically need a confirmation of the extension tomorrow.Don't see what the delay is if it's just signing legal paperwork.

£100m funds don’t invest in high risk micro cap explores with no cash and no income, they invest in quality companies with revenue and profits

So why aren't there more £100mln Funds with peanut stakes here then?

Indeed...a few Blackrock etc £bln funds could take £500k (5mln shares) on the same premise

It is either a decent purchase or a frivolous one (in which case why aren't dozens of funds doing so?)

They most certainly couldn’t careless if they lose £100k, it’s peanuts to the size of the fund.

Hardly the point. The mangers of the NSW, or any other fund are not going to invest unless they think the risk return balance is positive. They may be wrong, they may be right. But they certainly don’t invest without considering their investment very carefully.

A “tiny” 1% intraday move on a £100m fund would be £1m a day

Here’s the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth fund, do you think the managers are worried if they lose a few hundred million?

Zb27, funding is not done. That’s the issue. The term loan looks as if it is, on terms we do not yet know. This still needs repaying with interest with no revenue.

The bonds is the only thing that will add real value here, and until that’s sorted (which has been “close” for over 18 months) I don’t see anything other than the 11-13p range. Maybe slightly more when we see loan agreement terms.

80-100p will be during mining, so I think we all need a little realism

Follow the money.

From last RNS we know funding is done, just waiting for legals. Expect RNS tomorrow, who knows maybe intra day today.

Can put that to bed, all the obvious FUD from the usual characters can stop.

There was talk of 80-100p only a few months back, the smart will pile in right at the bottom here for the multibags

Trader you don’t have come out with some rubbish. Who in their right mind, would be “happy to lose” £100,000 regardless of who they are, unless your brain dead. It’s not about 0.1%, it’s the £

£100k is chicken feed, is’t just a 0.1% position for a small £100m fund. They wouldn’t give a toss if they lose 100% of a 0.1% position.

To put it in perspective, it’s the same as a trader with a 200k account taking a £20 (0.1%) position

The £100k order was in from just after the bell looking at the bid/offer over the first hour or so...

You don't just wake up on Monday morning and decide you'll buy 0.67% of a Company in one trade

£100k buy and also £58k buy. Not small change. One would like to hope that’s money “in the know”, but this is PXC and the wild west of AIM. But at least it’s blue for once today!

Well this was quick, I've loaded as couldn't miss out on extreme fear. Thought with so much FUD I could grab some 9-s, either way lovely. It'll raise from the ashes! GLA!!

Funny how quickly things change.
Once they deliver and remove the uncertainty we will get a pretty swift move straight back up, and narrative will totally change.

With the £100k buy, looks like smart investors are lining up for the multibag opportunity. Loan and purchase of equipment basically done as per the last RNS.

Will be happy to go back to mid 20s pending the Bonds.
