Picton announces that on 1 August 2024, Saira Johnston, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 73.2 pence per share.   

Following this acquisition, Saira Johnston is the beneficial owner of 35,434 ordinary shares, representing 0.0065% of the Company's issued share capital.

This announcement is made in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
