25/3/2019 14:02 | Thanks to our good friend RKB who has decided to take a break from the BB but gave me the following direction and to share on the BB. RKB and myself hold investment in CLP who early last year 2018 had Peterhouse as their brokers. Peterhouse were trying to get in on a placing and would have diluted CLP for a lot more at a rock bottom price as they (CLP) needed to raise funds. When they were told this was not happening and that they were not to be included in the placing they duly ‘resigned.R 26 January 2018 Clear Leisure Plc ("Clear Leisure" or "the Company") Resignation of Broker The board of Clear Leisure (AIM: CLP) announces that it has received notice from Peterhouse Corporate Finance of its resignation as joint broker to the Company, with immediate effect. SP Angel Corporate Finance is now sole broker and continues to act as the Company's nominated adviser. They have shown quite clearly what they are doing here and they need to be brought to account on it and quickly. I urge investors not to agree to resolutions 1 and 4. If Peterhouse are still holding the previous placing shares then they have muscle, but I doubt they are and have realised from this morning that they will be struggling to get the conditional placing the way they want. from lse | comedy | |
