Who ARE the directors of PhluidMedia Inc.?

Companies House says it's still Timothy Todd Smith. But HE says he's left (LinkedIn profile).

Tim - don't forget you can ask for "other offences to be taken into consideration" if it proves necessary.

Maybe notifying everyone of the changes/resignations was one of the jobs of insolvency expert Mr Lin Jieyuan, appointed to the BOD in 22/12/2015?

If an overseas company has a UK establishment and is being wound up under laws outside the UK it must file a ‘Notice of winding up of an overseas company (form OS LQ03) with Companies House...
2. Appointment of a liquidator
A person appointed as the liquidator of a company must file a ‘Notice of appointment of a liquidator of an overseas company (form OS LQ01)

It's a fact, those forms have not been filed.

So, while I would like to see the glowing ashen remains of this criminal scam ground into the earth.. it looks to me like the directors aren't telling the whole truth. Again.

If Phorm or PhluidMedia have knowingly ordered/taken delivery of (or continued to use) any goods or services recently that they won't be able to pay for, then that would be a CRIMINAL offence. Along with interception of communications without consent. Along with those misleading false statements via RNS (examples available).

In theory, they have 30 calendar days to appoint a nomad before being ejected from AIM.

The last nomad, Strand Hanson, resigned on 14 April... so that would mean 14 May is delisting day. Approximately 10 full days left.

Strange thing is, Phorm haven't notified regulators that they are insolvent/winding up. Singapore still lists them as 'Live Company'. Companies House still thinks Phluid Media are 'Active'.

So if they have "commenced an orderly cessation of the group's operations" they aren't in a hurry to tell authorities. OTOH if the board are lying, it would at least be consistent with a business plan that revolved around lies, deception, fraud, and crime.

I can't think of any other way of making money by posting on or even reading the thread, with the shares being suspended!

like BTC i am here due to people not providing facts to back up the claims they make, thinking of which you rarely seem to provide links to back up claims
