i see tweedle dee and tweedle dum have nothing relevant to add to the thread as normal

only 19 days left for phorm to find a new nomad or all the shares are cancelled in accordance with AIM rule 1

we still have the questions about phorm china and iMarker, were they sufficiently isolated from the parent to survive the failure of phorm?

if so who controls them? is there anything phorms shareholders can do to recover any value from them?

for the benefit of AP and Iggy

it is highly likely phorm is dead, but there are still some scenarios that could see it re-emerge, and remember phorm have pulled more than a few rabbits out of a hat in the past

hopefully there are no more to be pulled out now


phorms shares currently have not been cancelled and no information available from companies house to confirm it is dead
