I'm sure there's at least one Spurs fan here.Fair play to Harry Kane for visiting Sir Alex Ferguson in hospital."His speech is improving and he can nearly string a sentence together", said Fergie

Have met the management a few times and am impressed by their honest commitment but I wonder if the current share price weakness is due to the admission that they need to raise funds.

A question was asked at the end of this recent presentation and they suggested they would need funding pretty soon, unfortunately AIM decimates companies that admit to funding needs and placing discounts can range anything from 15% (good) to 25%+ (bad)

Any thoughts on this, as a prospective investor I may wait for the next funding before buying in.

Dear Mr Flake, (are you a lawyer or a high court judge?)

With reference to your post 249, it is a most timely message for I hereby confirm that I have spoken with Mr Wilkins this very day.

He is still very much up for a lunchtime meeting (informal but no riff-raff) and has proposed a date of Wednesday 23rd May, most probably at a most agreeable venue in the St James's area of London.

He has recently returned from a very productive business trip to New York which I'm sure we can look forward to hearing about over a light luncheon (probably something in between McDonalds and silver service so don't go skipping breakfast in anticipation).

Those shareholders who have already contacted me by private message, I will be in touch shortly to confirm the details and to ascertain whether or not you will be joining us.

Any other shareholders who'd like to come along but haven't yet contacted me, do please do get in touch. This is a great opportunity to meet a couple of the directors and a few fellow shareholders in a relaxed and informal setting.

I suspect that by the end of the meeting we'll all agree that the current share price is frustratingly well below true value and there is sure to be a correction in due course.

C.L. “Butch” Otter’s catchphrase - “Idaho moves at the speed of business”.
They have also created an Office of Energy & Mineral Resources directly reporting to the Governor, one of its tasks being to streamline and speed up permitting. In that respect, State and Federal permitting now runs concurrently, unlike sequentially in other States. All very positive news.

As mentioned during a recent podcast.....PGM involved in roadshows in US.Let's see what develops on that front "Otter brought a team of state officials and string of junior mining company CEOs with him to pitch Idaho to investors this week"

Interesting to note that they'll be sitting on around 165k oz of gold and 6.4m oz of silver as a by-product of the open-pit copper mining, worth in the region of $300m at current gold/silver prices.

Cheviot Capital now have 9.97% of the issued share capital up from 7.71%.

It would be helpful to see the Preliminary Economic Assessment which by the 10th April RNS was expected imminently.

Agreed. They are professionally going about their business and let’s see what happens when the PEA hits the market.Imagine if we list on the TSX market we would be a few times our market cap on the LSE AIM ....IMHO

and with the Preliminary Economic Assessment due imminently, hopefully this will be the last opportunity to get in or accumulate at the current share price which appears way undervalued.

Phoenix Global Mining Ltd / Ticker: AIM:PGM / Sector: Mining10 April 2018Phoenix Global Mining Ltd ('Phoenix' or the 'Company')28% Increase to Empire Mine Land Position Phoenix Global Mining Ltd (AIM:PGM.L), the AIM quoted North American-focused base and precious metals exploration and development company, is pleased to announce the expansion of its Empire Mine land position through the addition of 21 unpatented mining claims contiguous to the Company's Horseshoe Claim Block. Highlights: o The Empire Mine land position increases by 397 acres, for a total land package of 1,774 contiguous acres centred on the previously producing Empire Mine and Horseshoe Mine.o The new mining claims are contiguous with the existing Horseshoe Claim Block, extending the eastern and western ends of the block, allowing for future expansion and access. o Recorded copper, lead, zinc, silver and gold production from the Horseshoe Block as recently as 1979 with reported grades of 3.8% copper and 12% zinc.o Holding cost for the expansion is less than US$3,500 per annum.o Preliminary Economic Assessment on oxide resource at Empire Mine expected imminently ahead of accelerated development plan and commencement of Bankable Feasibility Study activities Dennis Thomas, the Company's CEO, said, "The extension of the Horseshoe Claim Block by 397 acres is a most timely increase in our land position prior to the imminent completion of our Empire Mine oxide Preliminary Economic Assessment It ensures that, as we now move into Bankable Feasibility Study "mode", we will have a footprint large enough for future operational expansion, particularly to the east of our existing Horseshoe Claim block. The western extension provides both an enlarged future operational footprint and access to the possible extension of historical Horseshoe Mine mineralisation. Following the 33% expansion of the Empire oxide resource in November 2017 and understanding the likelihood of additional resource expansion following the upcoming 2018 resource drilling programme, the Company believes it is vital to control adequate footprint for any and all operational expansions."

Where are you based Snowyflake?I'm looking to organise a lunchtime meeting in London with Richard and perhaps one or two of the other directors sometime within the next few weeks.Far less formal than AGMs and corporate presentations. Richard is a member of a club in the St James area and has kindly offered to arrange a room with light lunch.I've had interest from a couple of other shareholders so if you'd be interested in joining us do please get in touch by dropping me a private message.

Messrs Wilkins and Turner were successful with Oxus Gold in Uzbekistan until the local authorities decided that they were too successful and allegedly nicked the mine.

They are imo far more secure in having an interest in the Phoenix Global assets in Idaho and Canada and with what appears to be a US President supportive of local mines in order to reduce imports of minerals.
