Don't know if its already been mentioned but Stans Energy Corp, a mining company operating in Kyrgyzstan, has very recently been awarded $118 million by the Moscow Arbitration Court. I wonder if this award has had a sobering effect on the 'spontaneous' public protests.

I see a turn around in the near future.
Once an announcement of the rent mob has been sorted the shareholders will pile in and also with the future announcement of drill results.
Don't forget this mine has substantial resources over many kilometres.

If you buy the 1 million it just may increase the price.
Like you I don't see john investing more money just for the sake of it.
Also the goverment will not want a court case as NO company will want to invest in the country which can't control a mob,racket,bribery,corruption etc,

So 1m shares were bought and sold today and yet this is being ramped like crazy still on the CR thread. IMO folk are immune to such activity now and rightly consider it to be little more than background noise.

I sense the big RNS even sooner now with the first prime minister making such a statement today of protests against mining to cease in a short time.

Should do wonders for the share price with pipeline of newsflow. Another REM?

3. PEEL Hunt increasing their holding again to 137m shares (June and July 2014)

5. Press speculation worth $35m in June 2014
6. Ready to move into ground within 2 weeks of local issues resolved
7. Still await maiden JORC - hallmarks of substantial gold deposit
8. Sampling results
9. Other opportunities
10. Director removed in June 2014

A nice reversal and finishing blue.

Seems our local gang issues could be resolved very soon now which should take the price back to 0.30p levels. And then lots more news is pending on drilling front and sampling results.

Taiyrbek Sarpashev: Protests against mining to cease in Kyrgyzstan in short time

"Soon protests against mining will cease," the First Vice Prime Minister of KR Taiyrbek Sarpashev told reporters.

"In recent years people less and less organize rallies and demand cessation of works in the fields. At the same time, populist slogans still occur in the fields. For example, certain deputies of local councils aggravate the situation. But I am sure that the healthy forces will win. People still realize that some of money from mining will remain in the form of bonuses," said Taiyrbek Sarpashev.

He also noted that they hold negotiations with foreign companies, wishing to do business in Kyrgyzstan. They are urged to respect the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and establish contacts with local population.

PEEL is a buyer at these prices with 137m shares now - that is the point I'm making. And they have increased their holding again - last time did they release some only for John to top up? John has 157m shares now.

These have only been buying more or in the case of PEEL a new holding since the developments announced in June 2014.
