12/7/2023 14:13 | We don’t think Jan will break the habit of a lifetime and actually cause the share price to go up when she opens her mouth next week then? | steved9

12/7/2023 08:33 | Impressively, iDealing have just posted their dividend for PHAR. Now where did I put that yacht builders brochure... | cwa1

12/7/2023 08:18 | So what's everyone doing with their HUGE dividend? Reinvesting in to PHAR? New yacht? Good luck whatever you do with it... Talking of which, it will be interesting to see which broker coughs up first...and last. I don't have a holding with ii, my usual front runner for dividends. I assume, also, that iWeb and Barclays will be at the back of runners and riders for paying dividends. Keep us posted with who you've received it from first and last | cwa1
10/7/2023 09:59 | I haven't seen the note itself, so don't have any detail but FWIW... * Pharos Energy Plc PHARP.L : Jefferies cuts target price to 26p from 29p | cwa1
25/6/2023 12:30 | Dunder, There is no opposition or accountability - so she carries on as she wishes. Underperforming is putting it mildly. | yasx
23/6/2023 07:51 | I wrote to the company asking them to improve the reporting of the share repurchase reports. I pointed out that other companies include in the announcement the total paid in the share buybacks and the total number of shares bought. I included an example for Lloyds bank , but Capricorn Energy and Nat West also provide this information. I got no response to the mail and expect no reaction from this post but feel the need no rant on the bad report of shares purchased. | controlledmadness
21/6/2023 13:42 | Jann still hitting the ground running it seems..... After years of poor delivery, she is unlikely to suddenly bombard us with one development after another. | yasx
15/6/2023 08:10 | Well, FWIW, we've "bagged" a 1p per share dividend this morning, with the pay day being 12/7 | cwa1
14/6/2023 08:31 | Malcy MGW note - It goes without saying that this is exceptionally good news for Pharos who can now plan for a long-term campaign in Vietnam starting with pressing the button on the farm-out and of course preparing for a drilling process. | harrytuesday
14/6/2023 08:23 | Auctus have issued a brief note on yesterday's Licence news. Apologies for the formatting:- Vietnam licence extension key step to unlocking value • Pharos has been awarded a two year extension to Phase One of the Exploration Period (from 8 November 2023 to 7 November 2025) of Blocks 125 & 126 in Vietnam. • While this was expected, it is an important development. The licence is estimated to hold very large prospects and the licence extension increases the likelihood of the company securing a farm-in partner. • Pharos is also looking for a rig to drill a well next year. • The extension allows Pharos to postpone the drilling commitment by up to two years. Without the extension, Pharos would have been required to pay the minimum US$15 mm commitment or fund a shallow well by November. The extension therefore has positives implication for Pharos’ balance sheet. • We re-iterate our target price of £0.55/sh. | cwa1
13/6/2023 13:19 | I think we are investing in a different environment now. The future is not so clear. 80p would be a significant gain, not impossible but I think I would be out well below that. | richalert
13/6/2023 11:51 | Might have to manage with 80p then. I think I can cope ? | greyingsurfer
13/6/2023 11:42 | Seems unlikely, given that there are over 5 times as many shares in issue as there were in the good old days :-( | stepone68
13/6/2023 08:08 | Let's hope the potential discoveries on the block get us back to the good old days and 300-400p minimum. A long wait, but there you go. | lauders
13/6/2023 07:17 | Block 125 & 126 two-year extension approval Pharos Energy plc, an independent energy company, is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the Vietnamese Government for the two-year extension of Phase One of the Exploration Period (from 8 November 2023 to 7 November 2025) of the Block 125 & 126 Production Sharing Contract (PSC). Jann Brown, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "We are pleased to have received approval from the Vietnamese Government for the two-year extension of the Block 125 & 126 Exploration Period. This approval shows the encouraging level of support from the Government while we progress our discussions with a number of interested parties to secure a farm-in partner before drilling the commitment well on Block 125." | cwa1
