Lol, down 4% and guys are having kittens.
This is becoming the best recovery stock in the market. After 4 years they haven’t leveled one charge against the co. Do you really believe they are suddenly going to get a miraculous discovery of criminal activity??? Really???
Plus with covid there is only so long a government organisation can gamble they will make a 300mill fine ???
Eventually case will be closed???
Chances sooner rather than later as most of the audience have moved on... story only interesting so long. Final push by shorts. Let’s see next week where price ???

dealy, there is not bankruptcy.

For current shareholders, the key fact is whether or not they are gonna be diluted to pay a potential huge fine.

The current share price is pricing in a near bankruptcy scenario. Yet we have no information to lead to that conclusion. Hysteria has taken over

Uncertainty is food for shorts and obviously they have the control here.

SFO is killing this company.

current shareholders?, the point here is wheter they are going to be diluted or not.

In case there is no dilution, this is a screaming buy but who knows at this point what SFO is gonna bring to PFC.

It's amazing how well thought out the arguments are from the shorter's.

dealy. The SFO have to justify their existence. Heaven knows, they are criticised enough. The "fines" being quoted relate to the amounts payable under a DPA. Essentially it is extortion by any other name - PFC agrees to pay a huge sum of money for the SFO to stop their investigation and remove the threat of prosecution.

You can call their bluff and tell them to take you to Court but they will simply go back to investigating for another 5 years, maybe raise charges of obstruction against 1 or 2 of the company officer's and leak claims against you to the press.

Seeing as the SFO is a non profit public body I am not sure what motivates them to level enormous fines. Indeed, I think only a court can impose fines and such fines can be challenged

Will a low mkt cap and loss of contract opportunities diminish the mutually agreed fine size?
