18/1/2016 07:45 | 2 wks + more if needed ? indicates positive action ? a simple buyout would be best for a buyer | rallyman2
18/1/2016 07:43 | 2 weeks lifeline given but no extra detail in the RNS.... That doesn't bode well, if there was something positive to say they would have oommunicated it imo. It's either an Afren here or hugely discounted equity subscription (to encourage Worldview to participate). | shaunstar
18/1/2016 07:41 | At 40p Bp would like a go too. It would add half a billion barrels of reserves for roughly 10p a barrel!! | hayfield

18/1/2016 07:28 | Just as I suspected. The banks will not call in the loans for Petroceltic. Why would they after all it would only crystallize a loss for them.Looks like Tom Willi is trying to get his sheep onboard so that he can close out a short himself.I wonder did he get some form of market information, either way it looks like he may be too late now. | hayfield

17/1/2016 23:21 | Not looking good at this stage, every operator is under pressure. I don't think its a revenue issue here though. They are pumping Gas at fixed prices. The problem is the debt and the cost of developing A.Tin. That doesn't look like its going to happen in the current climate. That then leaves a lot of open questions like are they legally obliged to start development? Could they then loose the prize asset. A fire-sale is the worst option and would see the shareholders returned very little. A negotiated sale would be better. I think they will just plod along now month to month as no bank can afford to start calling in the debt of the E&p sector so they will just keep extending and extending... | hayfield
