Issue of equity

 

Petro Matad Limited ("Petro Matad" or the "Company") (AIM: MATD), the AIM quoted Mongolian oil company, is pleased to announce that following the Results of Placing and Subscription announcement on the 26th June 2024, the company has made an application for the admission to trading on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange of 306,692,916 new ordinary shares of USD0.01 each ("Placing Shares").

 

The Placing Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on 1 July 2024.

 

Following this admission, the Group's share capital and total voting rights will comprise 1,420,576,517 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each and the Group does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently, 1,420,576,517 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
