Hi Tilts - joined you for a few @ 12p on Wednesday after seeing the Downing top-up. Only a very small allocation; and initially seems as though it should have been for more; though had to place a limit order just to get 40k!

TA doesn't seem to help much here; though I suppose one could envisage a run to the top of the tramlines:

So I think that May solve the peel hunt conundrum.They were accumulating for downing???Either way good news. Downing look like a decent outfit to have as an investor.

In a totally different sector but noticed the rise in Lidco today. I would say
their numbers and cash etc are not too different from PEG yet they have a market
almost 3 times as high.

There was 50k on offer at 11.9p immediately after the RNS. Looks like that has all gone.

Cannot get a bean online although they have just fill or killed me 15k at 12p.

Like the long consolidation period followed by a rise if that happens because
it's a strong pattern.

Downing are certainly keen to get in quickly :o))

Approaching 7% now with 2.325m shares. Perhaps it's the upcoming results next month which are concentrating their minds.

Website updated already with the shareholding. Top 8 holders currently control 42.6% of the existing capital, albeit, Peel's holding is more than likely trading stock.

Interesting. They don't normally touch anything sub £20m market cap!

It looks like they started buying on 21st January, as all the larger trades at 11.75p, come remarkably close to the holding they have just announced.

It's a £10m focused fund with 25-30 stocks, which suggests an average £300-400k holding size. I wonder now may more they are looking to pick up?
