Further to its announcement on 4 May 2017, the Company announces that on 8 May 2017, Mike Dugdale, Chief Financial Officer, and his wife purchased 6,260 and 6,256 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively into their ISAs at a price of 307.36p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Dugdale's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holding of 12,955 Ordinary Shares, is 64,344 Ordinary Shares.
