The Company is pleased to announce a highly encouraging start to the new financial year. Revenue in the US has shown 25.6% growth in the first two months of 2017 and new customer sign-ups continue at consistently high levels.The Company has been in discussions with its network providers and is pleased to announce that it has negotiated significantly improved commercial terms in both the US and the UK, which will have an appreciable positive effect on margins and growth in both regions.Following the successful fundraising in December, the Company has allocated resources to its new amplification campaigns for the first half of the year. These will include a major initiative around campaign theme packages to tap into the wave of social responsibility sweeping the US; the launch of our Member Get Member leaderboards and our Multiline Account programme; the activation of new affiliate publishers; and the development of unique and comparative partner landing pages. These innovations have been driven by extensive market research and specifically tailored to targeted customer groups. They will be supported by high-profile publicity and awareness drives.The Directors believe that TPO is well-placed to continue the revenue and margin growth already seen this year and are confident that the very strong start to the year can be maintained.Proposed FundraisingDue to investor demand, the Company today announces a conditional subscription for 19,736,843 new ordinary shares of GBP0.0005 each ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Subscription Shares") at a price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share to raise gross proceeds of approximately GBP1.58 million (the "Subscription") and a proposed issue of 9,868,422 warrants over Ordinary Shares (the "Warrants").The SubscriptionThe Company proposes to raise up to GBP1,578,947.44 (before expenses) pursuant to the Subscription. The net proceeds of the Subscription will be used by the Company to accelerate the expansion of its amplification campaigns in the US as detailed in the trading statement above.

Bumping along the bottom here. I and the wife are TPOP customers and a cheap deal it is on their SIM cards. Question is can actually become commercially aware and start making money?

Small piece in the Times today ... ends up fairly pos+ at the end suggesting US growth and 2016 revenue at £3.6m compared to £2.1m for 2015..

Where does it say that's happening? I thought the dirs just heavily topped up to save the balance sheet - well that's what it says in the news.

I said almost done, not fully. And yes, Finncap (or any other mm come to that) aren't going to fully divulge the extent of their position but there are ways to gauge it, depending on your relationship with the mm. The last TR1 anyway shows they're down to 8% and counting...

panic investor - haha - well the weekly chart is very interesting - but is that the fundies piling in or the dirs saving the death spiral balance sheet?
Has to swing to profit in grand style for me first - or until it reaches critical mass theres a risk the cash mare will continue a while longer
