Bye bye tea pop. Management were nieve to think this was salvageable. I believe there was another offer on the table which now looks like it was the only viable offer available. However this is precisely the problem with AIM companies. No regard to retail investors.Sorry for their losses.

Barclays have asked for all of the money from Timg if they can’t raise more money :

Barclays has requested that all proceeds from the Disposal and the related release of deposits should be placed into a security realisation account only to be released on the basis that the Company can demonstrate that it can raise further funds to invest in the UK business.

So what is next? A placing if tpop want the sale money from Ting.

50% increase.. on a monthly figure... I stated before.. the company are not coming clean on what this means.. if net new subscribers in a month was 100.. then 50% increase is 50... the Uk operations only has 10,000 subscribers.. so have they increased to say 15,000? Why don’t the company put real figures in front of investors?

Firstly, getting out of the US is wrong - as we've been told repeatedly, the US market was showing great promise. By contrast, the UK market is saturated and will never turn a profit.
Secondly, the Board have been misleading investors.
Thirdly, I believe there are only non-execs on the Board. How on earth are they allowed to make executive decisions?

Fair point Swizz.. we all know Aim is very news driven.. it’s dropped nearly 50% from the high after the placing.. the right news could make this look cheap..
The board really need to get their story out.. give investors some indication of their future plans and plans that look at another USP that isn’t giving 10% to charity. Maybe new B2C USP or looking at B2B.. all in the Company hands now.

It is obvious this Tpoi profile is a fraud and trying to impersonate Nick Dashwood.
Why on earth would the Investor relations guy at an AIM Company spend his time looking at nonsense on Bulletin boards.. and worse still setup a profile on advfn.
Well if it is Nick From TPOP well it proves that his role is waste of space if this is all he does!

In response to Langstor: this is Nick Dashwood Brown, Head of Investor Relations at TPO. I wish to make it clear that I have never sent an email to anyone saying that we will have an update by the end of this week and any implication that I have is entirely false.

I don't mind people calling me names or other childish activity on here. But please refrain from attributing false statements to me. It's neither helpful nor responsible.

Timmy - 'I thought Nick’s replies were very helpful and honest' - Really?? It didn't fill me with confidence in the slightest. I've seen some responses from Nick to Private Investors and have to say his attitude can be patronising and belligerent.

Cost cutting/Lowest staff numbers onshore. How have they done this? Finger in the air and hope for the best? I'll wait until we see something comprehensive from the board.

Please stop airing my name too. I haven't done anything wrong! I seen an opportunity in TPOP and hoped to act on this alongside the board. Unfortunately things don't always work out they way you want them to, but onwards and upwards!

Email Q&A with TPOP Head of Investor Relations

If you invested 10,000 pounds at ipo at 130p. That would have got to 7,692 shares.
Your stake at proposed placing price of 0.01p would be worth 77p.

10,000 pounds worth 77p. They have investors not to put money into this business but to donate to charity instead lol
