Pentagon Protection plc (PPR.L)

A window of opportunity

Pentagon Protection plc is an AIM listed company providing a variety of
solutions focused on the security of assets and buildings through the
provision, installation and project management of protective window
film and the distribution of highly specialised security and search
equipment. Unfortunately, over recent years the group has generated
volatile revenues and repeated losses. However, the group appointed a
new Managing Director in November 2010 who has re-galvanised the
business, provided sales and marketing focus and in the process
transformed the group's prospects. In the six months to 31 March 2013
the group achieved its first positive EBITDA and PBT since 2004 and
looks set to deliver a positive outcome for the year as a whole. The order
book and prospect pipeline also look encouraging and there appear to be
numerous opportunities to build the business in the UK and overseas.
Although there is still much to do we are encouraged by the progress to
date and initiate coverage with fair value of 25p which would put the
shares on a 2013/14 PER of 8x.

whats interesting is the uptrend that's building over the last 6 weeks, the share price has broken out of its decline from 22p

22p is the next test so plenty of profit from here until the year end
