We have received confirmation from our auditors that they are unable to complete the audit before the end of April. While this it is less than satisfactory it is a matter outside of the control of the Board of Directors.

As the AGM has been set for the 17^th of February 2025, upon advice received, the meeting will be adjourned until such that date as the company is able to present its audited financial statements.
