You are deluded if you think this is anything but dead. To say I have no credibility is just burying your head in the sand. Do you think I like losing money? I came here to make it. But what I won't do is lie to myself or others when I see the facts as clear as they are. If this ever comes back it's coming at significant discount to 9.55 mid.And it's a big IF.

I was right it was all a load of absolute lies. The entire deal is not actually firm. Nothing signed. Massive debt. Trading on the cusp of insolvency. Shares ramped to provide a 20x on which Evans would have had a spread bet on IG or similar. Total fraud.

This just goes to show that monthly accounts are prepared as in any normal company and presented to the Bod for approval, including the bank reconciliation. Shows the utter professionalism of the company. I would expect nothing less from a Lenigas company.

This Pennpetro Texas #oil revenue deal just announced is amazing for a company with not much more than 100 million shares on issue. I’m seriously enthusiastic about the Texas #Lithium and #gas JV deal. That’s damn exciting.

Very big and transformational #oil revenue deal just announced by �@pennpetro� just now on the LSE #PPP. Deal planning to start 1 August that will see PPP get great revenue from Texas. Plus a major #Lithium and #gas 50:50 JV in Texas.

Remember that Leni had resigned prior to this debacle, to attend to his other business commitments and stuff, so it did not happen under his watch:

London, 1 November 2024 - Pennpetro Energy PLC (LSE: PPP) advises that Mr Stephen Lunn has taken on the role of Chairman of the board of Directors with immediate effect. Mr Lenigas has resigned as a director of Pennpetro with immediate effect due to his other business commitments.

Back to the plot.. however, this pans out..the BOD will want to pull their money out .. and as PPP is suspended, they would have to resist. So when would they most likely do that.. ? Over Christmas when the larger institutions are off( let the pics ramp the price.) Or wait till January or February?

Suppose the 120k was lennie behind an investment vehicle. The BOD would know what significant gains could be made and planned everything. The 300 k and 360 k could be a genuine requirement. Or to keep the market interested. Then we relist..say we ten bag.. the investment vehicle has 1.2 million..not a bad side bet ..or it 20 bags..2.4 million ..not bad.. then they take profits just in case things go wrong.
