Why should they do a placing, did you read this bit of the rns?LDA ("Globalvision") , an energy trading business based in Madeira, whereby they will buy all of the shares in Pennpetro's subsidiary in Texas Nobel USA Inc ("Nobel") in exchange for a life of asset currently estimated at around 30 years oil sales revenues through a 12.5% Overriding Royalty Interest ("ORI") on the Texan oil wells - City of Gonzales #1 well, Chalk Talk #1 well, Chalk Talk #4 well and Whistling Straits #5 well in Gonzales and a 10% profit share on any other wells drilled or developed within PPP's 2,036 acres in Texas.In addition, Globalvision will take over all creditors that existed in Texas leaving Pennpetro completely free of any financial obligations associated with Texas.

Good luck, I'll be staying put, A lot sold way way too early in HE-1 and I held on as it kept going up and up. I see this as just the start as there's a lot of news to come as stated in the last RNS. Atb in your future companies anyway.

My only concern here is their cash level. They could choose to do a placing but who knows may not do so too but the cash level is very low.

deltalo 8p is reasonable value now which is 8 million market cap. remember they have sold 87.5% interest for the debt pile and will only be getting 12.5% interest instead of the full 100% they had 2 years back.
